My client is a worldwide leader in supply chain solutions, renowned for their proficiency in pallet and container pooling services. Their comprehensive range of offerings is designed to empower enterprises in streamlining supply chains, minimizing waste, and elevating operational efficiency. Specializing in pallets, containers, and associated logistics services, the company equips businesses with the tools to enhance their distribution and transportation processes.
The successful applicant will report to the Global Head of Procurement and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategy for IT-related indirect procurement categories. Implementing cost-saving initiatives and strategies to optimize IT procurement expenses. Leading negotiations with IT suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing and contracts for software. Integrating sustainability considerations into procurement decisions.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom - Procurement or Accounting
- MBA is advantageous
- CIPS or CPSM
- 8-10 years Procurement and Sourcing experience
- Global level category or commodity expertise
