An excellent career opportunity awaits a Global Head of Human Resources to join a leading multinational oil and gas organisation based in Accra, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership across the full HR value chain, including global people strategy, talent acquisition, organisational development, performance management, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute worldwide HR strategy.
• Lead executive succession and talent programs.
• Build a culture of performance and inclusion.
• Oversee global compensation and incentives.
• Ensure compliance with employment regimes.
• Advise Board & EVC on people policy.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

• Minimum of 15+ years in senior global HR leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in cross-border HR transformation.
• In-depth command of international employment law and regulatory frameworks.
• Multilingual capability; English is essential.
