Roles:
1. Technical Support consultant / agent - Salary - R20 000 - R27 000
As a Technical Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues, responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The role involves supporting integrations (APIs, plugins, SQL), escalating complex cases to internal teams, and collaborating with product and technical colleagues to deliver timely solutions. You'll proactively identify customer needs, maintain clear communication, and provide an excellent user experience, requiring fluency in German, strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and familiarity with support systems and documentation
2. Customer Success Agent / Retentions - R20 000 - R25 000
As a Customer Success Agent focused on Retentions, responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships through regular engagement. The role involves addressing service-related issues, liaising with internal teams, and implementing tailored retention strategies such as solutions, promotions, and campaigns to prevent churn. Key duties include problem resolution, escalating complex matters, and providing feedback on recurring trends to improve service quality. Accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and analysis of retention activities and customer feedback are essential, alongside maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to educate and support clients. Collaboration with customer service, sales, and marketing teams ensures a seamless customer experience, while upselling opportunities are identified to drive additional value and strengthen long-term customer loyalty.
3. Onboarding Agent - R20 000 - R25 000
The Onboarding Agent is responsible for guiding new clients through the initial stages of using the review platform. This includes explaining the platform's features, detailing different review collection methods, providing first-level support, and managing client orders. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for helping clients succeed
