Youll be responsible for delivering interactive sessions, designing training materials, and ensuring team performance through development and support.Job Type: Full time/PermanentLocation: South AfricaWorkplace: RemoteWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:0017:00Public Holidays: Off on German public holidays; required to work on South African public holidaysRequirements:

  • Fluent in German (C1 level or higher) and English
  • At least 2 years of training, coaching, or facilitation experience
  • Strong presentation and instructional design skills
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, LMS)
  • Organised, self-motivated, and adaptable in a remote setup
  • Candidates must be South African citizens or permanent residents (PR holders)
Responsibilities
  • Deliver virtual training in German to new hires and existing employees
  • Develop, adapt and maintain training materials and resources
  • Conduct needs analysis to tailor learning content
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and support
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations to assess training effectiveness
  • Report on progress and make continuous improvements to the training program
