? German Speaking Bookkeeper to Trial Balance
? Location: Negotiable (Cape Town, Johannesburg, or Remote)
? Salary: R35 000 CTC per month (negotiable based on experience)
Are you a fluent German speaker with a solid background in bookkeeping? We are looking for a German Speaking Bookkeeper to Trial Balance to join a dynamic team that supports a portfolio of local and international clients.
? About the Role:
You'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial support, including:
Processing monthly transactions (suppliers, debtors, fixed assets, journals, and bank reconciliations)
Preparing monthly reconciliations and payment runs
Assisting with admin tasks and reporting to the Senior Accountant
Communicating confidently with clients and stakeholders in both English and German
? What You'll Need:
Fluency in German (read, write, and speak) - non-negotiable
Proven experience in bookkeeping up to trial balance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable using digital platforms like MS Teams
? Nice to Have:
Experience with Xero (training provided if needed)
Exposure to a multi-client accounting environment
Experience working with international clients
