The purpose of this job is to support our customers via phone and email within the textile customisation markets in the DACH regions of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The employee will be responsible for marketing services to the existing customer base and also looking at ways to bring more clients over to our service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The employee will be responsible for the following:
Handling the customer service requests that come in via email and phone.
Dealing with orders, and customer requests that come in via our E-commerce website or directly.
Keeping a close relationship with our top-tier customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and finance departments to achieve objectives.
Qualifications:
The candidate should be a graduate or post-graduate. Graduates in business administration will be preferred.
Other key skills include:
Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
Proficiency in computer applications and the internet.
Clear communication, written and oral.
Experience in textile customisation or embroidery will be preferred.
Working conditions
: The job is a full-time opportunity (40 hours per week). The annual leave will be on a pro-rata basis. This is a 100% remote opportunity.
2 weeks of on-the-job training will be provided by senior colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R25000,00 - R35000,00 per month
