We are seeking a motivated German Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for cruise ship positions. You will play a key role in supporting our clients by identifying top talent and matching them with the right opportunities.
Requirements:
Fluency in German: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.
Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and handle various recruitment projects efficiently.
Computer literacy: Proficient in using recruitment software, online platforms, and other digital tools.

Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates for cruise ship positions using various recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications and suitability.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
Organize and facilitate recruitment events, including job fairs and candidate interviews.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate and job information in the recruitment database.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
