Leading Financial Services Institution requires a Generative AI Design Specialist to join their Brand Marketing team and be responsible for producing impactful visual content across social, digital, and retail channels -- combining expertise in graphic design, 3D animation, and video editing with the latest AI-powered tools to bring the brand stories to life.
Description

• Design, animate, and produce creative assets across digital, print, and motion channels.
• Develop 3D animations, motion graphics, and video content for campaigns and product launches.
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, DALLE, etc.) to accelerate concepting, prototyping, and production.
• Translate brand guidelines into engaging visuals that drive awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing leads, agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-impact creative work.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia design within Financial Services, Retail, Agency, or in-house creative environments.
• Ability to produce content optimised for social media, web, digital media, and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and 3D software (Cinema4D, Maya or similar).
• Must have a strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, 3D animation and motion design
• Skilled in working with AI-assisted creative tools for image generation, video editing, animation, and asset enhancement.
