Job Summary Generalist Recruitment Partner (Remote - Full-Time, PST) About Us: destinationone Consulting is a mission-driven recruitment and executive search firm serving municipal, non-profit, healthcare and sustainability clients across North America. We're growing and seek a recruiter to help build teams that drive social impact. Role: Lead full-cycle recruitment (Finance, HR, Engineering, IT, etc.) for municipal and impact-sector clients. Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding; build and maintain talent pipelines. Key responsibilities: o Full-cycle recruiting via Zoho Recruit & LinkedIn Recruiter o Proactive sourcing & pipeline development o Partner with account managers & hiring teams o Ensure excellent candidate experience & timely communication o Market research & reporting Requirements: 3-5 years full-cycle recruiting (agency + in-house); strong sourcing, communication and organizational skills; ATS & LinkedIn Recruiter experience; available 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST; remote setup required. Preferred: municipal/non-profit/sustainability experience; recruitment certifications; analytics/process improvement experience.
