We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven general sales agent to join our retail team. As a general sales agent, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Use effective selling techniques to promote products and increase sales
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to further enhance selling skills
Required
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Results-driven attitude and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus
Candidate must be eligible to work in South Africa
No work experience required
