An opportunity is available for a General Recruiter to be based in the Centurion area.
Requirements:
Matric
Minimum 5 years Recruitment and Selection experience (generalist)
Semi-skilled recruitment and selection experience
Strong approach to administrative tasks
Ability to match skills according to client needs (all industries)
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Valid driver's license with own reliable vehicle
Third language will be an advantage
Proven experience of managing various internal and external stakeholder relationships will be an advantage
Deadline driven, willing to work under extreme pressure
Presentation skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactive approach of relevant candidates in the market by applying proactive sourcing methodologies
Proactively build up database to support clients' needs
Compile adverts and conduct effective screening of responses
Networking to ensure strong database of skilled candidates
Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicants
Conduct verification checks on selected candidates, always mitigating risks to client and business
Establish long-term relationships with candidates
Review and understand technical job requirements for related clients
Achieve weekly and monthly production targets
Achieve monthly financial targets
Ensure that candidates are prepared for interviews
Optimal utilisation of recruitment software
Format CVs in line with Company standards
