Job Summary BTech./BSc/BCom.Food Sc/Ind.Eng/Production Mngt;BBA/MBA; Comp.Lit/MS Office/SAP;TPM; Six Sigma advantageous. 15+ yrs exp. mnfc and pack of ambient/chilled/frozen RTE/ party food, mnfc and systems/process cntls/equip of /knowledge of FSSC 22 000/TPM/ efficient/safe mnfc ops/OHASA standards/product quality/cost cntl/ability to plan/direct/coach/train staff/monitor/ schedule work/analyse /resolve problems/mechanical/spatial aptitude/ dis-/reassemble equip.;cntl Production Mngrs/Foremen/ Superintendents/Supervisors. Dev/implement long term strategies for mnfc/product lines based on Sales/Marketing projections/establish ongoing capacity review process as the business grows /changes/ challenge/implement plant processes to CI productivity/lower cost/ensure weekly/monthly production plans met/reports executed/ all product within specs/sustain a healthy/safe work environ for staff/contractors/ visitors. Liaise Engineering on plant breakdowns/ plan maint shutdowns in advance /schedule CI projects/together with Engineering drive Total Productive Maintenance strategy/TPM. Participate in Supply Chain Leadership team/initiate/improve/ maintain waste reduction program/cost cutting initiatives for Mnfc Division/ensure each plant complies with stock control measures/ complete weekly stock counts.
