*** General Manager Waste Beneficiation *** Top Steel Manufacturing firm seeks General Manager of Waste Beneficiation. Lead the development and implementation of waste beneficiation strategies to maximize resource recovery and profitability.. What the person must be able to do: This role is in the Steel Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context. * Develop and implement waste beneficiation strategies. * Optimise recycling processes to extract maximum value from waste materials. * Identify and explore innovative methods to turn waste into profitable products. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient waste management. * Monitor and analyse waste-to-profit initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements. Key Job Deliverables: * Effective waste beneficiation strategies and programs. * Increased resource recovery and profitability from waste materials. * Successful implementation of innovative waste-to-product initiatives. Qualifications & Background work experience: * Waste related academic qualification e.g. Chemistry, Environmental Science * Leading waste beneficiation projects that resulted in significant cost savings and revenue generation. * Implementing recycling programs and managing waste reduction initiatives. * Developing and executing waste-to-product strategies in industrial settings. * Commercial management of a waste operation * Advantageous: Experience with Scrap Metal Personality Summary: * High Driver - Ambitious, Results Orientated Go-getter.
