This is a full-time, office-based position. Requirements: Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience Minimum of 3 years' management experience in luxury tourism, travel, or hospitality. Proven track record of operational and financial management. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Business development mindset with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities. Passion for sustainability, cultural authenticity, and creating unforgettable experiences. Key Performance Areas Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring seamless service delivery. Oversee reservations, operations, and chauffeur services with a focus on excellence. Drive business growth while maintaining profitability and efficiency. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers. Ensure the highest standards of guest experience in line with our brand values.
