Job Description


Minimum Requirements:

  • Essential: Matric.
  • A solid background with 3-5 years of experience in hotel management.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous exposure and experience in a similar role and industry.
  • Valid Drivers License and Vehicle.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • F&B including Restaurant: The Food and Beverage (F&B) department, encompassing the restaurant, is a vital component of the establishment. It involves the planning, preparation, and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring a delightful dining experience for guests.
  • Accommodation: The accommodation segment involves managing guest rooms and ensuring a comfortable stay. This includes maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of rooms, handling reservations and check-ins, addressing guest requests, and offering a personalized and memorable stay.
  • Conference Venue: The conference venue is a space where events, meetings, and gatherings are held. Managing this space requires coordinating logistics, providing necessary equipment and technology, arranging seating and layout, and ensuring a conducive environment for productive and successful events.
  • Spa: The spa section is dedicated to providing relaxation and wellness services to guests. It involves offering various treatments such as massages, facials, and body therapies. Managing the spa includes hiring trained professionals, maintaining hygiene and ambiance, and designing packages that cater to different guest preferences.
  • Wine Production:involve offering wine tastings and promoting the winery's products.
  • Finance: This includes budgeting, financial planning, tracking revenue and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and generating financial reports for decision-making.
  • Stock: Managing stock refers to overseeing inventory of various items required for the operation. This could range from F&B supplies to spa products, conference materials, and more. Effective stock management involves monitoring levels, replenishing when necessary, and minimizing wastage.
  • Administrative Processes: Administrative processes involve the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the establishment running smoothly. This includes tasks like human resources management, payroll processing, record-keeping, legal compliance, and overall administrative efficiency.
  • Staff: The staff is the backbone of the establishment, encompassing employees from various departments. Managing staff involves recruitment, training, performance evaluation, maintaining a positive work culture, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a harmonious and motivated team.
  • In a holistic approach, the successful management of these aspects contributes to the overall guest experience and the establishment's profitability. Each component requires careful attention, coordination, and expertise to create a seamless and exceptional hospitality offering.
