Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the client base, especially in high-growth sectors (mining, construction, hydrocarbons).
  • Define and execute commercial and procurement strategies with the Group.
  • Lead supplier negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Supervise and mentor the procurement team, setting targets and evaluating performance.
  • Optimize procurement processes, improve supplier performance, and manage inventory in collaboration with logistics.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and reporting to Group leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, quality, and CSR standards in all purchasing activities.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and forums.
Profile: Education & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 10+ years in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relations.
Skills:
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Comfortable navigating complex, multi-sector environments.
