Job Summary
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Management:

  • Develop and execute the organization's short-, medium-, and long-term strategy in collaboration with the Holding Group.
  • Define key objectives and priorities aligned with market trends and long-term vision.
  • Make strategic decisions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead initiatives for cultural and digital transformation.
2. Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure effective implementation of action plans.
  • Coordinate across departments to meet performance targets. Key departments include:
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Operations (outsourcing, payroll, recruitment)
  • Finance (in coordination with the Holding Group)
  • Human Capital Management (shared responsibility with the Group)
  • Facilities & Immigration
  • Monitor performance and apply corrective measures as needed.
3. Financial Management:
  • Prepare and track budgets, forecasts, and performance reports in line with the Group's financial guidelines.
  • Ensure sound financial management, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement.
  • Implement cost-reduction initiatives as directed by Group Finance.
  • Lead monthly Business Board meetings and report results
4. Leadership & Management:
  • Lead and inspire management teams, promoting cohesion and high performance.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and talent development in collaboration with Group HR.
  • Drive cultural transformation aligned with organizational values.
  • Ensure employee participation in Group-led engagement surveys.
5. External Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary representative of the company to external stakeholders including clients, partners, suppliers, and regulators.
  • Expand and diversify the client portfolio across services such as outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, training, and expatriate management.
  • Target growth in key economic sectors such as construction, mining, and hydrocarbons.
  • Participate in industry events and strategic engagements.
  • Oversee public relations and uphold a strong corporate image.
  • Support implementation of customer satisfaction surveys organized by the Group.
6. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, services, and product offerings.
  • Champion innovation and process digitalization to maintain market competitiveness.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in commercial, financial, and strategic management.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with business management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Thorough understanding of market dynamics and economic trends.
2. Soft Skills:
  • Proven leadership and team management ability.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, particularly in sectors such as hydrocarbons and mining.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
3. Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in management, business administration, sales, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior management role, ideally within corporate or HR services.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
