Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE



To Obtain Profit Contribution By Managing Staff, Establishing & Accomplishing Business Objectives & Ensuring Compliance With Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

MAIN OUTPUTS

Execute effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing & decision-making to attain the profit targets whilst ensuring compliance to SLAs Develop & implement a strategic plan through studying technological & financial opportunities, presenting assumptions & recommending objectives Ensure the realization of objectives through establishing plans, budgets, setting results measurements, allocating resources & effecting continuous progress review Coordinate efforts by establishing procurement, production, field and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff Assign accountabilities, planning, monitoring, appraise job results, develop a climate for information sharing & providing development opportunities Build & uphold the company image through collaborating with customers, community organizations, employees and enforcing acceptable ethical business practices Maintain quality service through establishing & enforcing organization standards Stay abreast with current industry trends through attending professional seminars/workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, continuously imploring benchmarking & best global practices Enhance staff effectiveness through recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, communicating values, strategies & business objectives Manage staff performance & facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance & providing required coaching, support & feedback Manage employee relations, workplace conflicts and effect corrective actions, in line with company policies/procedure Responsible for capacity building of subordinate Managers

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

The Applicant must meet the following requirements:NQF Level 7: Degree or Advanced Diploma Matric (Senior Certificate) Valid SA Drivers' License 5 Years Relevant managerial Experience in the Services Industry Operations, CRM & Financial Management MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level) Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems
