Job Summary Our client is a high end, patient centric dental practice, where excellence is standard. We are looking for an efficient and business minded General Manager to oversee the daily management of the practice. The ideal candidate must be able to act responsibly and work on their own in a very busy environment. The successful person will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring that the clinic operates efficiently and effectively, providing high-quality dental care to patients while also maintaining a positive and productive work environment for staff. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the healthcare industry, with a strong preference for experience in dental services or healthcare management. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic plans, and achieving measurable results. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. The core function of this role will be to manage staff, oversee operations, financial planning and ensure efficient use of resources.
