Job Summary ??? is partnering with an exclusive luxury boutique lodge in the Western Cape to recruit an exceptional or to take full ownership of day-to-day operations and drive the ongoing growth of the business. This is not just a management role - it is an opportunity for a couple with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for hospitality to make the property their own. The successful candidates will live on-site, immerse themselves in the rhythm of the lodge, and bring forward innovative ideas to enhance revenue, strengthen guest experience, and build a lasting reputation for excellence. Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience managing the full day-to-day operations of a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or high-end hospitality property Proven leadership across all key areas: front of house, food & beverage, spa/wellness, housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance Strong track record in financial management, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Entrepreneurial flair with the ability to identify and implement new revenue streams such as curated experiences, retreats, events, and innovative packages Hands-on approach with a visible management style, leading by example and maintaining operational excellence throughout the property Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional guest journey from booking to departure, ensuring highly personalised and memorable stays Skilled in staff recruitment, training, mentoring, and retention, fostering a motivated and guest-focused team culture Strong understanding of property and facility management, including preventive maintenance, supplier management, and sustainability initiatives Stable employment history and exceptional references.
