Candidate requirements:

Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
Extensive experience in the Hospitality industry with at least 5-10years in Senior Management roles
Valid drivers license as extensive travel is required
Commercially focused with strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis
Excellent leadership, communication and inter-personal skills
Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and quality service
