Job Description
Prism Placements and this key player in South Africa's logistics and supply chain market are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist Manager to join their team in Amanzimtoti (KZN).
Experience & Requirements:
- Relevant B-degree or ND
- Min 10yrs full function HR exp where you've excelled in the full generalist role
- Well experienced in labour and employee relations for both white and blue collar workers essential
- Managed a workforce of minimum 500 employees nationally
- Experience managing a team of no less than 5 employees nationally
- Up to R1.5M C.T.C. per annum (excluding bonus)
