A well-established non-profit organisation based in Hoedspruit is seeking an experienced and motivated General manager to oversee the organisations operation, financial management and strategic direction.

Requirements:-

Degree in Accounting Proven financial management role & strong financial insight Proven record of developing and managing sustainable funding stream Proven experience in a senior management role within the non-profit sector Excellent leadership , communication and organisational abilities Ability to act as the primary liaison with local communities, partners and organisations, and the Board of Directors
Key Responsibilities:-

Lead and manage daily operations to ensure the organisation's objective are achieved. Oversee strategic planning, budgeting oversight, and organisational compliance. Develop and implement impactful programmes and partnerships Provide leadership and mentorship to staff and volunteers Strengthen partnerships and drive donor engagement
