Job Description
A national based security company seeks a General Manager focusing on operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Strategy:
Oversee daily operations, implement business strategies, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.Financial Management:
Create and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, control costs, and drive revenue growth.Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Performance & Growth:
Develop strategies for expansion, identify new opportunities, and ensure continuous improvement.Stakeholder Relations:
Maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and executives.Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.Essential Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record in operations management and business growth.
Adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R20000,00 - R25000,00 per month
Experience:
Security : 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Psira (Required) Firearm Competencies (Required)
Willingness to travel:
25% (Preferred)
