Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:
The General Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance of the centre . The individual is accountable for the optimal performance of the site in terms of the key functional areas - facilities, infrastructure, staff management and service delivery. He/She will work alongside the Principal
The centre comprises of an ECD centre, after school centre, skills develpment and matric centre
This is an equity appointment
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Budget Management
- Staff Capacitation Management
- Campus Facilities and infrastructure Management
- Procurement
- Service delivery and Administration Performance Management
- Stakeholder Liaison Management
- Minimum - Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree, preferrably in Commerce
- Minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in operations management, or a related role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Good Computer Skills

- Leadership skills
