Candidate Requirements:

Grade 12
Someone with a sound knowledge of general maintenance - who can lead a small team with general maintenance tasks.
Must have a minimum of 2 3 years of working Management experience
Must have well rounded knowledge of various hospitality departments
Must have sound attention to detail
Must have great staff management skills and be able to do scheduling, etc.
Must be positive and have a guest-centric mindset
Must have knowledge of stock control and inventories
Excellent spoken and written English
Bright, enthusiastic, energetic, and caring personality
