Job Summary 5-Star Boutique Game Lodge & Spa - Limpopo LIVE-IN POSITIONS AVAILABLE A luxury 5-star Boutique Game Lodge & Spa located in Limpopo, seeking passionate, experienced hospitality professionals to join our dynamic live-in team. General Manager Salary: R30 000 - R40 000 We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of lodge operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities: Overall management of daily operations Leadership of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa departments Financial management, budgeting, and cost control Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards Guest engagement, feedback management, and service recovery Strategy development to improve operational efficiency and revenue Requirements: Minimum 10+ years' experience in hotel/lodge management Proven operational and leadership track record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Hospitality Management degree preferred
