Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
General Maintenance:
Performing routine tasks like painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, and carpentry work.Cleaning:
Maintaining cleanliness of buildings, equipment, and surrounding areas.Inspections:
Conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.Repairs:
Assisting with repairs of equipment, machinery, and building structures.Inventory:
Managing maintenance supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.Safety:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and reporting any safety hazards.Customer Service:
Interacting with residents, customers, or staff to address their maintenance needs and concerns.Assistance:
Supporting other maintenance staff with larger projects and tasks.Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other maintenance trades.Cleaning Skills:
Ability to clean various surfaces, equipment, and areas.Problem-solving:
Ability to identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues.Communication:
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers.Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects.Attention to Detail:
Ensuring tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly.Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
Maintenance Assistant: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
Code 8 and own vechile (Required)
