Spouses and partners of existing staff members are also encouraged to apply.The office of RUMEP invites suitably qualified candidates to join their vibrant team.Main ObjectivesTo work with the program's coordinator to facilitate the project's smooth running and to ensure that primary schools and their teachers become and remain part of the collegial cluster program.The requirementsBachelor of Education Honours with a minimum of three years relevant experience where such experience includes:

• Teaching experience as a classroom mathematics teacher up to Senior Phase level (Grade 9)
• Experience in facilitating learning to adults will be an advantage
• Previous experience writing reports
• Previous experience setting exams and assessments, including the written evaluation thereof
• Previous experience in conducting site visits as part of an assessment
• A publishing record is an advantage
• Strong track record of service delivery
