Ability to operate in accordance with Company Policies, procedures, Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations
Work well in a team / trusted team player
Good communication skills
Efficient, courteous and professional
Good physical strength and can work under pressure (fit to work under pressure)
Excellent organizational skills is a must
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning
Ensure cleaning materials are stored, used and disposed of in strict accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and instructions
Comply with safe working practices
Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within areas of responsibility
