About the Position
SARS is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, self-motivated, and customer-focused Driver with unquestionable integrity. The successful candidate will provide transportation and logistical support to all stakeholders, with responsibilities including vehicle maintenance, route planning, and timely delivery of goods and services. Additionally, the candidate must possess a valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
Job Purpose
To perform basic technical, administrative or logistical tasks according to the required level of quality and within the allocated time.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
Senior Certificate (NQF 4) and 1 year experience in driving with Professional Driving Permit
Job Outputs:
Process

  • Adhere to and apply changes to own work processes as instructed.

  • Assist with administrative tasks within the relevant unit.
  • Communication of progress on requests.

  • Ensure that all basic queries are resolved timeously, in line with provided procedures and guidelines and escalate unresolved issues.

  • Plan and organise own work tasks within area of work.
  • Report on daily task activities to provide timely information for decision making.
