KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Assist with preparation of food and beverage items.
Maintain quality standards in food preparation and presentation and in accordance with food, health and safety requirements.
Work with Chef and/or cook in meeting food preparation requirements based on recipe and menu.
Provide support on quality food preparation and output relevant to catering events.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 08. 0-12 months relevant experience in a catering and hospitality environment.
Knowledge of food preparation, Hygiene, knowledge of health and safety requirements. Great customer service.
