Monday to Friday (06h00 - 15h00), alternate Saturdays (06h00 - 12h00)

Simply Fresh Produce is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, responsible, and willing to assist with various daily operational tasks. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with packing, loading, and unloading goods and materials. Unpack stock and ensure items are placed in the correct designated areas. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the work environment. Support processing staff and assist on production lines when required. Assist in checking and verifying customer orders before dispatch. Provide general assistance to supervisors and follow instructions as needed. Clean tools and equipment after use and store them properly.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role Matric (Grade 12) Ability to speak, read, and write in English Valid driver's license (Code 10 or higher preferred) Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Experience in the food industry is advantageous Able to work early hours and every alternate Saturday
