What we're looking for:
The newly formed PepsiCo Global Agriculture Office (GAO) is charged with building a highly productive vertically integrated potato supply chain. The GAO is tasked with accelerating value realization across the function (currently approx. $50MM per annum) to deliver an additional $ 100 MM by 2027 and $ 200 MM by 2029 across mature as well as high growth/high risk emerging markets.
To make full use of value and productivity opportunities, the global agriculture office will utilize a data driven approach to evaluate global potato spend. Thereby developing a single source of truth for global potato spend with agreed segmentation across commodity and manufacturing cost components. This will support the business to identify global value opportunities and to measure the cause of change and impact consistently across markets.
