Job Summary Game Lodge Manager required for 5-Star, Big5 Game Lodge Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field an advantage Min 5 yrs experience in Lodge Management/Lodge Ops or GM role Sound knowledge of all lodge departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, etc.) Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control Hands-on manager able to work with a team and manage expectations First Aid qualification required RSA ID, valid Driver's license and own transport preferable
