Job Title: Game Lodge Hospitality/Chef (Female)

Overview: Our prestigious game lodge is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef to join our team.
This position provides a chance to work in a stunning natural environment and contribute to the overall guest experience at our exclusive game lodge.
Responsibilities: * Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and hospitable atmosphere throughout their stay.
- Manage the lodge's hospitality operations, including reservations, check-ins, and guest services.
- Plan, prepare, and serve delicious meals that showcase local and international cuisine, taking into account dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in guest accommodations, dining areas, and communal spaces.
- Coordinate special events, celebrations, and activities for guests.
- Source and manage supplies, including food, beverages, and amenities.
- Collaborate with the game farm manager to create a seamless and integrated guest experience.
- Proficiency in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills to manage reservations, events, and daily operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Certification in culinary arts or hospitality management is a plus.
