Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with the company's sales strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, property clients, and local influencers
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across the Southern Suburbs
  • Identify client needs, offer tailored FX solutions, and close new business opportunities
  • Support Introducing Partners by facilitating registration, KYC collection, and trade readiness
  • Provide regular updates, reporting, and insights to support business objectives

  • Excellent relationship-building skills across seniority levels
  • Confident decision-maker with accountability and initiative
  • Thorough knowledge of FX sales processes, systems, and compliance

Key Requirements
  • Matric + RE exams + FAIS compliance (essential)
  • Relevant business or legal qualification beneficial
  • 3+ years' experience in sales, preferably within property or financial services
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability for cold calling
  • English required; Afrikaans beneficial
  • Highly motivated, organised, and professional
  • Valid driver's licence and comfortable travelling across the Southern Suburbs
