Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with the company's growth strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, property clients, and regional influencers
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline within the Winelands region
  • Identify client needs, provide tailored FX solutions, and close sales opportunities
  • Support Introducing Partners from enquiry through registration, KYC collection, and trade readiness
  • Provide ongoing updates, reporting, and insights in line with business objectives

  • Solid understanding of FX sales processes, systems, and compliance requirements

Key Requirements
  • Matric + RE exams + FAIS compliance (essential)
  • A business or legal qualification is an advantage
  • 3+ years' experience in sales, ideally within the property or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural cold-calling ability
  • Proficiency in English; Afrikaans an advantage
  • Highly motivated, organised, and professional
  • Valid driver's licence and willing to travel across the Winelands
