Job Description

Covers:

Funding sourcing, financial partnerships, Investing and funding distribution.

Purpose:

Support the setup and tracking of funding pipelines and project budgets. Handle financial documentation, reporting, and transparency systems. Collaborate with the Founder and creative teams to keep all funding aligned with SMNi's goals. Oversee repayment tracking and fund distribution compliance. Help refine internal systems for finance, grants, and accountability.

Skills Needed:

Open-minded, adaptable, and problem-solving driven Able to translate creative vision into funding language Strong project management and coordination skills Data entry accuracy and attention to detail Grant writing, proposal drafting, or donor communication Budget creation and expense tracking Ability to maintain structured records and track multiple funding streams
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
