to join our team and lead the charge in delivering unforgettable events.

About the Role



This role blends culinary expertise with event management. You'll be the driving force behind the planning and execution of functions, banquets, and special events--ensuring every detail, from menu design to guest satisfaction, is executed to perfection.

Key Responsibilities



Event & Function Coordination



Plan and manage all aspects of events, from setup to service Liaise with clients to tailor event offerings Coordinate between kitchen, service staff, and management Prepare detailed function sheets and timelines Oversee decor, seating, buffet layout, and service flow

Culinary & Menu Planning



Collaborate with clients to create customized menus Advise on presentation, portioning, and station setup Ensure food quality and presentation meet brand standards Supervise kitchen operations during events

Operations & Management



Lead pre-event briefings and day-of execution Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance Monitor stock, control costs, and reduce waste Collect post-event feedback and report outcomes

Client & Guest Relations



Build lasting relationships with clients Offer expert guidance on menus and themes Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns proactively

Qualifications & Experience



Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field 3-5 years as a Chef (Commis/CDP/Sous Chef) in hospitality or catering 1-2 years in event coordination or banquet operations preferred Strong knowledge of food production and event service standards Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Leadership and team management capabilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly Familiarity with food safety and hygiene protocols
