for a Sports & Orthopedic Physiotherapist at our Outpatient practice in Garsfontein, Pretoria. The job will only involve hourly outpatient treatments, and there will be no hospital work.

Role Description:

As a medical professional, you will be responsible for

assessing, diagnosing, and treating

patients for various conditions related to pain, movement, and tissue damage. This includes establishing a

hierarchy of priority, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and educating patients on injury prevention and management

.

Requirements

:

Expert knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics Must have great clinical reasoning with keen diagnostic and problem-solving skills Fluent in both

Afrikaans and English

. Experience and knowledge of various physiotherapy techniques and modalities Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and colleagues Experience in orthopedic or sports rehabilitation is desired Strong diagnostic skills to properly assess and develop treatment plans for patients Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple patient cases at once Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Rate of pay:

Basic Salary with Commission up to 55%

. Remuneration depends on your unique skill set. Preference to SCS, SPT, OMT, MSK Sonar, Dry Needling Level, Strapping, and experience in an outpatient private setting.
