Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Fullstack Software Engineer at Biomesight. The successful candidate will join a small development team. Role will involve working closely with team members in the UK, South Africa and Canada.
Qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field At least 2-5 years experience of working as a full stack engineer Python Flask Back-End Web Development experience MySQL, SqlAlchemy Javascript (we currently use jquery, KendoUI) Ability to work independently and remotely, taking the lead on feature development Excellent problem-solving, analytical & communication skills Experience with TDD Bitbucket, git bioinformatics experience with qiime2 or other pipelines an advantage AWS
