Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects. Architect and develop scalable web applications using

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices. Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
