About the Role:
As a Full-Stack Marketer, youll take ownership of our end-to-end marketing strategy, helping to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats from content creation and digital marketing to performance analytics and automation.
Were looking for a highly adaptable, data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of both growth and brand marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Marketing: Develop and execute content strategies, including blog posts, case studies, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and improve organic traffic growth.
Growth Marketing: Implement and analyze growth experiments to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Performance Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to optimize conversions and ROI.
Marketing Automation: Set up and optimize email nurturing sequences, CRM workflows, and lead-scoring models.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and grow our audience.
Partnerships & PR: Identify co-marketing opportunities, collaborate with industry influencers, and manage public relations efforts.
Website & UX: Work with designers and developers to optimize the website for conversions and user experience.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in marketing, preferably in a startup or B2B environment.
Full-Stack Skill Set: Proficiency in content marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and analytics.
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and ad platforms.
Creative & Strategic: Ability to craft compelling marketing campaigns while aligning with business objectives.
Hands-On & Resourceful: Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where execution speed matters.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
Passion for Growth: Enthusiastic about driving brand awareness and business success in an innovative industry.
