We are looking for Junior Full Stack developers who recently completed a coding Bootcamp (or certificate / degree) & proficient with the MERN tech stack. The developers should be passionate about coding and have a few projects listed under their GitHub that did not come from a bootcamp.

Tech Genius is a dynamic software/web development company based in Cape Town, focusing on creating custom web apps, mobile apps, and PC software programs. Our projects are exciting and diverse, utilizing technologies like React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.

Responsibilities:

Develop and contribute to web-based applications. Collaborate with the team to understand and meet project requirements. Engage in coding, testing, and implementation tasks. Explore new technologies and best practices in web development. Participate in code review meetings and update project documentation. Attend weekly meetings with developers, management, and clients.

Qualification Requirements:

A recent graduate of a coding bootcamp

OR

completion of a certified coding course

OR

university degree in Computer Science/related field. Good understanding of programming concepts and languages (React, Node.js, Next.js, Typescript). Professional communication skills and team collaboration. Reliable internet access for remote work.

Availability and terms:

Flexible commitment of 80 hours per month (part-time) Availability between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM for virtual meetings
