Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer / Solutions Engineer with a strong background in ERP/CRM systems and modern development languages. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong client-facing and project leadership skills, capable of managing complex implementations from end to end. This role requires a self-starter who can confidently engage with clients, lead solution design, and execute delivery while ensuring successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement

custom solutions

within ERP/CRM platforms. Build and maintain

integrations

using Node.js, Python, and SQL for system interoperability. Lead

client-facing sessions

, including discovery, solution presentations, and technical workshops. Translate business requirements into

technical specifications

and scalable solutions. Act as the

technical project lead

, managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. Troubleshoot, optimize, and document ERP/CRM configurations, customizations, and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consulting, product, and support) to ensure client success.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

Strong experience with

ERP/CRM systems

(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP). Proficiency in

Node.js

and/or

Python

for backend development and automation. Advanced knowledge of

SQL

for queries, reporting, and database management. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integration methods.

Professional Skills

Advanced client-facing abilities

: skilled at running meetings, presenting solutions, and handling challenging discussions. Proven ability to

lead projects

independently from scoping through delivery. Strong

time management

and

self-management

skills, comfortable operating with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills in

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a

consulting or solutions engineering

environment. Exposure to
