My client within the hospitality industry presently has an exciting opportunity for a Fullstack Developer to contribute to a cutting-edge hotel and tourism booking system in their offices based in Bryanston, Gauteng, as a Fullstack Developer, youll play a pivotal role in building new features and optimising existing systems using the .NET framework to enhance the guest experience and streamline accommodation management (Hotel booking)
Description
- This project is specifically with the Booking System on Hotels/accommodation, Flights, Car hire inc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine project requirements
- Designed, coded, and debugged software applications tailored for hotel booking and tourism systems
- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable code that aligns with industry best practices
- Test and deploy applications, ensuring optimal performance and data security
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, minimising downtime for users
- Work alongside other developers to enhance features like room availability, reservations, and payment processing
- Participate in code reviews and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback
- Create and maintain documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications/Experience:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (Must have)
Essential Skills Requirements:
3-5 years of C# and .NET Framework experience
Extensive experience in:
C#, ASP.Net, XML, XSLT
Web Services Integration, REST API Integration
MSSQL, LINQ, Vue.js
Strong integration experience with multiple completed integration projects
Proficient in MS SQL and query optimisation
Exposure to relevant technologies, including:
Git, Biztalk, Gogle Big Query
Xamarin, XML Spy, JQuery
SQL Reprting Services, IIS, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Microsoft Azure Stack, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
Become familiar with Microsoft CAF (Cloud Adoption Framework)
