We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Waitron to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding table service, adhering to our high standards
- Manage tables efficiently, taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our menu, drinks, and daily specials
- Handle cash, card transactions, and point-of-sale operations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and stand for long periods
