As a Full Stack Web Developer at Neo Brokers, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and user-friendly. : Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Web Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that provide an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, collaborate on solutions, and implement features that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications using modern web technologies, including front-end and back-end development. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather and refine requirements, and to design and implement solutions. - Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces that deliver an outstanding user experience. - Implement scalable and efficient back-end systems and databases. - Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of web applications. -Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement necessary fixes and improvements. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 2-5 years experience - Proven experience in full-stack web development, including proficiency in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, etc.) technologies. - Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and database design. - Strong knowledge of web security best practices. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. Preferred: - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. - Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
