Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing full-stack software solutions
- Collaborating on requirements, architecture, and testing
- Writing clean, maintainable code you're proud of
- Supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Communicating clearly with teammates and clients
- Caring deeply about usability, performance, and accessibility
- Working in agile teams and iterating quickly
- Completed Bachelors degree in an IT related field
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL), C#.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Bonus points for experience with React.js, .NET Core, EF Core, REST APIs, and SOLID principles
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Issues, or JIRA is a plus
